Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you use gotsandbags.com or place an order with Got Sandbags. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

The price shown at checkout is the total for your order: the sandbags, delivery to the address you entered, and applicable sales tax. Prices are quoted for a specific address, quantity and time and may change if any of those change. Your card is charged when you place your order.

Delivery

• We deliver within our Los Angeles–area service area to the address used to price your order. The delivery date and window you choose at checkout are a request; we will contact you if we need to adjust them.
• Sandbags are delivered to an accessible, ground-level location at the address. You are responsible for providing safe access and accurate placement instructions.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you when the sandbags are delivered.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel an order, email support@gotsandbags.com with your order reference as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched for delivery may not be cancellable.

Using sandbags

Sandbags reduce and redirect water; they are not watertight and cannot prevent all flooding, mud or debris flows. Our guides and calculator are general information, not engineering advice. Always follow instructions from emergency officials, including evacuation orders.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including property damage from flooding or storms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
